Betty Lou says we’re not updating enough! Oops! Here’s the recent rundown:
-Yesterday Andy ordered his groomsmen gifts. I won’t tell you what they are, but they’re pretty badass.
-I started getting things for the bridesmaids and haven’t got it all figured out just yet.
-July 9th the men are going to get measured for their tuxedos and then heading out to the bar (I think if a bar isn’t involved it’s rather difficult to get them all together at once).
-Guest list is pretty much finalized. We just need to hunt down two or three more addresses.
-Invites will probably go out the week after we get home from our Sodus Point vacation (a super awesome and generous gift from Best Man Andy Ehnot and his girlfriend Sarah) July 12-18.
-We picked out our cake and Andy was supposed to update you guys but he didn’t so here goes: round, four tiers— bottom chocolate, 2nd marble, 3rd white, 4th (ours for next year) half white and half chocolate. It will have white frosting with bigger pink polka dots and smaller brown ones.
-The card holder from Grandma Peters is now decorated with our colors.
-We’re working on finishing our music selections for the DJs. We’re having a hard time picking a song for our first dance, mostly because I like good music ;)
-Mom Fox has ordered her dress. Haven’t seen it yet, but I know it will be gorgeous!
-Hair appointments are set for the ladies.
-Shower and bachelorette party dates are also set.
That’s about all I can think of at the moment. We’ll be better about updating now!
